Yep, it was a beautiful day and the crowds were out enjoying the first day of the Spring outdoor season on Saturday. The Youth league, that includes what is called Minor League offers small-sided games for children from age 3 up to age 9. The Major League includes Boys all the way up to High School while the girls go up to age 14 (High School age girls are playing for their schools in the Spring).

Caught a pair of games, what I think was a U12 girls game between the Magic Soccer Club (yellow on blue) and Missouri Elite (light blue). There was also a U11 boys game on the adjacent field between FC Springfield and Springfield SC.

Magic Soccer is bringing Tetra Brazil and St. John’s Sports Medicine Health Tracks to its camp.

Camp Flyer

Tetra Brazil offers Professional “A” Licensed, Brazilian Coaches licensed by the Brazilian Soccer Coaches Association. And St. John’s Sport Medicine Health Tracks program includes certified athletic trainers who use performance enhancement programs to meet training needs.
This camp will create -all around- players with a unique soccer style a style that has taken Brazil to win five soccer world cups.
