I maintain multiple calendars, including a general calendar of regional club games, camps, clinics and worldwide games of interest, including TV games that are generally available (ABC, ESPN or ESPN2 and Fox Soccer Channel broadcasts). For High School programs, I ask that you submit your schedule to me in a spreadsheet due to the volume of schools I cover. Download the following spreadsheet
It’s pretty straight forward. Here are some details
Subject: use the following model – Home team vs Visiting team.
Start Date: use mm/dd/yy or mm/dd/yyyy
Start Time: use either 17:00 or 5:00 pm
End Date: copy the start date column
End Time: Figure 3.5 hours for JV/V combo, 2.0 hours for Varsity only games
All Day: it’s either blank or yes
Description: Add info like, Varsity First or maybe Senior Night otherwise leave blank
Location: The more detail the better because it will provide better mapping for visitors

This calendar includes the team schedules for (as of March 31st)
Class 3 – Branson Pirates, Camdenton Lakers, Carthage Tigers, Central Bulldogs, Kickapoo Chiefs, Nixa Eagles, Ozark Tigers, Parkview Vikings, Waynesville Tigers
Class 2 – Carl Junction Bulldogs, Logan-Rogersville Wildcats, West Plains Zizzers
Class 1 – Greenwood Blue Jays, Joplin McAuley, Springfield Catholic Irish
FYI – most schools play JV first, Varsity approximately 90 minutes later. Where I am aware of Varsity games that start first (Hillcrest & Parkview primarily) I note it as (V first). A solid blue block reflects an all day event, such as tournaments.
