Bolivar News – “As we begin our 12th year, we are looking forward to a run at another district title and state play,” Edge said. “We have an excellent mix of veteran leadership and some good young talent.” Experience will come from five seniors — Lissette Contreras, Izzy Mersch, Mesha Peterson, Jonna Welch and Morgan Wohnoutka — who helped lead the Lady Liberators to the district championship game last season. They also helped Bolivar win that district title in 2009.
