The Carthage Tigers return to the Quarterfinals for the third time in four years, the last two as a Class 2 program. They reached the Final in 2012, losing to two-time champion St Dominic. They travel to Jefferson City to face Helias Catholic Saturday in a game that kicks off at 1:00 pm in the hopes of returning for the second straight year. MIAA regular season champion Central Missouri and MIAA tournament champion Southwest Baptist have each earned bids to the NCAA Division II Central Regional.
The Tournament will be hosted by top seed Minnesota State-Mankato and second seeded Minnesota-Duluth. UCM has earned the fourth seed and will face Southwest Minnesota State in the opening round. SBU has earned the sixth seed and will face Winona State in the opening round of the tournament.
Central Missouri will play at 1 p.m. from Mankato, Minn. on Nov. 15 with Southwest Baptist playing at 1 p.m. in Duluth, Minn.

The winner of the WSU/SBU match will take on the #2 seeded Minnesota Duluth on Sunday, November 16, with the winner of that match advancing NCAA Division II Super Regional Championship.
SBU enters the NCAA tournament with a 14-5-2 record, winning 7 straight, and 9 of their last 10 games.

Southwest Baptist defeated Central Oklahoma 3-2 in the first overtime to win the MIAA Women’s Soccer Championship and the automatic NCAA Tournament bid.
Southwest Baptist got the scoring underway in the first half as Ali Skogrand headed in a corner kick from Elin Hammer in the 8th minute. Ashley Creason added the Bearcats second goal in the 39th minute heading in a Brittany Marino pass for her 10th goal of the year.
Central Oklahoma came out strong in the second half with Emily Hahn scoring in the 57th minute to cut the lead to one. Quinn Tookey then scored off a Miranda Thorne pass in the 76th minute to square the game up.
Caroline Karlsson scored the game winner 6:47 into overtime as Ashley Creason directed a pass her way. Paige Hemphill made eight saves to hold on for the victory in goal.
