SSC got goals fro Hunter Durham (Kickapoo) and Mitch Moncada (Catholic) in today’s win. Durham was later ejected in the 2nd half on a red card offense but the team held on for the win. They came close to extending their lead while playing with 10 as Josh McCutcheon (Kickapoo) hit the upright and Dallas Moses hit the crossbar.
Raytown SC BG defeated last years 2nd place finishers SLSG Premier 4-3 in overtime, coming back from a 1-3 deficit to tie the game and get the winner in OT (it’s not golden goal in Cup, it’s a pair of 10 min periods). As one parent noted, the Final will feature two non-St Louis teams today!
U17 Boys Semifinals

Quite a bit of offense in this match but not enough for the home boys.
No score is posted on the MYSA site but more importantly, the SSC squad is written into the semifinal slot against the Scott Gallagher Gold team today at 3:00 pm. Gallagher played to a scoreless draw against Lou Fusz Gregory team during Group play, the team beaten by SSC on Wednesday in the Quarterfinals.
