Super F League (known then as Kansas City Futsal League) was founded in 1997 with 5 teams. In 2004, the league was renamed to Super F League. In addition to the league in Kansas City, Boston and St. Louis became part of the Super F League. At that time, those leagues were among the largest youth futsal leagues in the Unites States and still are today!
In 2005, the Super F League held its first National Futsal Tournament. It has been consistently the largest National Youth futsal tournament in the country. In 2009, the Cup was the largest youth futsal tournament in the country (U18 and younger).
Super F League is the only national futsal organization that is affiliated with US Soccer. All players are registered with US Soccer through Unites States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA). USSSA registers players in 12 sports.
