The Bulldogs pull the minor upset, more importantly the team gets its first playoff win in my memory (8 years). The Wildcats took the lead in the game when they got goals from Jared Hill, unassisted in the 12th minute, and Jaeremiah Jennings in stoppage time in the first half. The Bulldogs fought back in the second, with Kelsey Garnett scoring unassisted in the 53rd and again in the 62nd from right of goal on an assist from Jordan Salvado. The game went to OT and Jordan Salvado scored 2 1/2 minutes into OT from left side of goal on an assist from David Cagel.

CHS plays Joplin on Tues at 4:30 pm in the first semifinal.

Goals were scored by Thad Dearman (2), Ryan Stober, Dalton Bagley, Tyler Sevon (2) and Tyler Dean.

Willard will face Carthage in the other semifinal at 6:30 pm Tuesday.
