Catholic Hosts Nixa On Senior Night

On Senior night, the Irish got the game winner midway through the first half when Nick Kofron, playing in the central midfield, ripped a shot from the left just outside that box that caught everyone in the park flat-footed with it’s pace and sudden result. While Nixa moved the ball well this evening, they were unable to match Catholic’s offensive fire power, with freshman Luke Strauss coming close to matching Kofron’s shot when he buried one to the near post as he ran into the box.

The second half saw senior Justin Bowenschulte score as well as an own goal offering Catholic their final count. Nixa’s goal was scored by ?
