Hey Dad, still looking for ideas for your young athletes? How about the gift of training, as offered by Cory Carr at Integrity Athletics and Physical Therapy (APPT). I have a soft spot for Integrity APPT as a key sponsor of this site but I can also admit to being a fan of Cory’s work as Head Coach of the 2-time State Champs at Springfield SC. So his ability to apply his Training skills to the game are very credible, but they will work with your basketball, football, baseball or volleyball player just as well.
