Class 3 Southwest Region encompasses three Districts – 10, 11 and 12. The District Champions were the Rolla Bulldogs, Glendale Falcons and Carthage Tigers respectively. Camdenton, Kickapoo and Joplin were District Finalists. Glendale defeated Jefferson City in the Quarterfinals to reach the State Final 4 where they finished 2nd this year, losing to Rockhurst.
