KC Star - “I thought we handled ourselves pretty well; it was a good, competitive game,” Pembroke Hill Coach Pritchett said. “We’re young in some key spots, and St. Dominic is a good, solid team. We saw today why they’ve been ranked No. 1 in the state most of the season.”
Ranked No. 1 among Post-Dispatch small schools and in the state poll, St. Dominic is looking for its second state title in boys soccer. The Crusaders won the Class 2 championship in 2004. Helias is ranked sixth in Class 2.
