Trevor Spangenberg Commits To Missouri State Bears

It’s a verbal but the Northwest Indiana Post-Tribune tells us about the goalkeeper for Boone Grove who earned MVP honors from his teammates as a freshman and goes into the Sectional playoffs with a 15-0-1 record.

He has verbally committed to play at Missouri State next season. “It was great,” Spangenberg said. “I went down there for a visit earlier (in September). They had a tournament that weekend, and I got to see some games.”

He’s going into a situation at Missouri State where he’ll be competing against a sophomore and a junior ahead of him. But that doesn’t bother Spangenberg. As long as he gets his chance, he’s confidence he’ll make a good impression.
