The Dixon Bulldogs visited the Laquey Hornets in soccer and came away with a tough 4-3 victory. Dixon lead thoughout the first half by a score of 3-0. The second half found Dixon capitalizing on a Laquey’s defender mistake and once again finding the back of the net, making the score 4-0. Suddenly, it seemed as if the Laquey kids woke up and put the next three goals in the box, closing the score to 4-3, where this was the final score of the game. Both teams did a fine job. Laquey outshot Dixon 19-13, put Dixon heldon to get the victory. The goals in the game were score as follows: For Dixon, Senior Cruz Allen scored a hattrick, with Alex Magdeleno adding a goal. For Laquey, Senior Brandon Hernandez scored two goals and another was added by Riley Rollins. (Use whatever you want i got this off friscoleague.com)
