The Titans (6-11-1 overall, 4-3 in the CCIW in 2007), lost their home opener August 29th 2-1 in overtime to Illinois-Springfield who beat the Missouri S&T Miners Sunday.. They had a tough weekend, losing to Transylvania and Centre. Marlow is a regular starter, getting the call in all three games this season.

Parents and Players – I cover items that hit my radar screen which includes updates sent by players and parents. Don’t be shy, with the number of players there are to track these days there is no way I can do it myself. Send a short note, with links to game stories or the season statistics page. Photos are even better! I’ll also be trying to do Conference coverage as the season progresses, with GLVC, MIAA, HAAC and SLIAC near the top of the list.
