The delayed 9:00 pm start of this game coincided with the onset of a steady frigid rain that lasted the entire first half. Play was tight with opportunities by both sides, with the Yellowjackets getting the only goal, by Hanna Winkel assisted by Brianna Ragains. Second half remained tight until a penalty in the box gave Lebanon a PK, finished by Ragains (an MSSU signee). Less than a minute later, a nice cross was knocked in from a crowd by Stephanie O’Halleran. The final goal was scored on a nice direct kick by Brianna after being taken down just outside the box.
