A gray hair for each win! I don’t think it is possible for the article to state enough about the total family commitment and support that Mike receives as he has turned Rolla into a Missouri soccer town. I owe a great deal to Howie for showing me how to coach, run a classy program, and how to balance a career with a wonderful family. Congrats.

Congratulations to you on your 500th win. Your passion and commitment to success and excellence have made Rolla soccer a consistent contender. Good teams come and go but your program is there competing year in and year out and this a tribute to your discipline and coaching. Congratulations, Coach Howard. I enjoyed the article tremendously and as a coach of a team that is responsible for 2.6%your wins (Camdenton is 0-13- on the girls’ side of things since we started the program in 1998), I just wanted to say well done. I do think your teams always just work so hard to get to the ball and for them to do it year in and year out is such a tribute to the coach. Good work.

Congratulations Mike on your accomplishment. I have always admired the manner in which you, Jeff, and Tom have conducted your programs over the years. You three have always been the standard by which we have judged our girls teams at Springfield Catholic.
