The Missouri Soccer League Board of Directors announced their new adult soccer league, forming in Joplin, at a press conference on Thursday.
The league will consist of up to 20 teams in the Joplin metro area. A traveling team will be formed from participants of the league and will compete in areas like Oklahoma City, Okla., Tulsa, Okla., and Dallas, Texas.
The first game will take place Sunday, March 23rd at Dover Fields in Joplin, MO. The season schedule runs from March 23rd to June 8th.
