The Missouri State High School Soccer Coaches Association announce the 2007 Class 1 All-State honors:

Player of the Year– Blake Schneider, Whitfield
Offensive — Ross Payne, Pembroke Hill
Defensive — Eric Mooney, Whitfield
GK — Tyler Knierim, Southern Boone
Coach of the Year — Chris Miller, Southern Boone

Congratulations to senior Matt Libel, named First Team All-State for the first year Springfield Catholic squad. In addition, junior Cullen Barr and sophomore Justin Bowenschulte were named to the Second Team. From the 4th Place Crocker Lions, seniors Michael Lingii and Nathan Rigsby were named to the Second Team. All three seniors have been invited to play in the 4th Annual Southwest All-Star game, scheduled for June 19, 2008.
