		<description>I think your looking at the youth aspect in the wrong manner. Youth teams and camps are how the major clubs of the world develop local talent. Manchester United just signed an eight year old to an agreement. MLS is just getting its youth development programs in gear and has roster room set up for youth developed players. Now is politically good to be developing youth fields and programs, yes; at least these futballers are not killing dogs or trying to run over police officers with their cars.</description>
