The movie “Offside” opens at The Moxie on Friday evening. Let’s get out and support this tribute to the spirit of the game and the impact it can have.
The Region II Tournament begins Friday evening as well. The Springfield area will be well represented. The Russell family will be in familiar territory as Chealsey’s U17 St Louis SC team returns for their 5th trip while Skyler’s U15 Scott Gallagher squad makes their 3rd trip. In addition, Tyler Williams and his U18 teammates are headed back. And of course the U16 boys from Springfield SC head North to Represent! I’m going to go as well, I want to see what all the commotion is about 
And of course the 3rd annual All-Star game is Thursday. The arena football team got 600 out this week. Indoors. I know we can get a larger crowd than that on a beautiful evening in the Ozarks. Come cheer the seniors on!
