A shout out to our friends in West Plains who have recently upgraded their website. It’s a quality looking site and offers up-to-date information on the growth of soccer in the region.
We already saw that with the Zizzer’s fine performance in the Class 2 State Finals this year, and now there appears to be growing sentiment to add a program at the MSU-West Plains facility. A junior college program there could also lead to a program for OTC. Both schools could easily participate in either a St. Louis regional league or begin a program in this region that would include Crowder College, Bentonville has a CC, hmmm.

West Plains Soccer Board is really trying to upgrade a facility that would ultimately host college level games. We are struggling with fundraising. Any suggestions? We are curently looking at affiliation with the West Plains Foundation under an umbrella of a Springfield organization. It is a joy to see such incredible interest of soccer in this town. Thank you sgf and Mr. Olson for help putting us on the map. Your site is a great asset to all Ozark soccer fans.
