I received a request from Blake Schroeder - he is looking for players for a team he hopes to register in the Lake Country Soccer Men’s League. Blake is a sophomore at MSU who played high school ball at Jefferson City Helias. He’s been playing intramurals but is looking for more competitive soccer. He has a core group of former high school and club teammates who are attending either Drury or MSU who would like to get out on a full sized field again.
If you are interested, contact Blake at brs1986 (at) hotmail (dot) com. Blake’s looking for players who will show up for the games. There will be occasional practices. Registration fees will be split evenly between the rostered players.
Registration deadline at LCS is this Friday so you need to get in touch with Blake ASAP.

I am a Sophmore (not junior lol) also, registration deadline is august 11 so its gonna be cutting it close. but whether it happens in the fall this year is not a huge deal. i mean i want to play but i am sure there is a spring one. and i just think its important that we get people who might have played a while ago back into and have some fun.

the cost for a team registration is 1600 dollars, if we have 18 people thats comes to around 90 dollars a person. also there is a spring league so if we dont get fall together we can start early on spring adult mens outdoor.
