The Chillicothe R-II School Board voted to approve the addition of Boys and Girls Soccer to the roster of activities at the school at a recent meeting. The Girls will begin play in the Spring of 2007 while the Boys will start in the Fall of 2007.
St. Louis Soccer Hall of Fame member Dick Westbrook, also coach of the Kickapoo Shootout winning Visitation Vivettes (and Class 1 State Champions) will be running an inaugural soccer camp for girls in the area July 24-28. The goal is to begin preparing for the first season. April 2007 is just around the corner.
