Pictured above is the objective each of the 200+ teams attending the Missouri State Cup this past week came seeking. In this case, the KC Pace are celebrating their U18 boys championship, successfully defending after taking home the U17 hardware in 2005. Congratulations to the boys, including Missouri State recruits Ryan Hennessy (Kansas City) & Eric Wimberley (Gladstone).
I shot video of the KC Pace vs Scott Gallagher U18 final, the Scott Gallagher vs KC Legends U17 final and the Scott Gallagher vs St. Louis SC U14 finals. I’ll be back with that Sunday probably. Three home town players walked away with hardware today. Skylar Russell & Jordan Pitts (Cherokee) earned State Championship medals in the U14 boys final and Tyler Williams (Kickapoo 2007) did the same in the U17 boys final. All three play for Scott Gallagher SC out of St. Louis. Congratulations fellows!
