The Soccer Deadline is Thursday, June 1st while deadlines for Lacrosse and other sports is July 1st. Show-Me State Games Fast Approaching, Seek Entry Books Locally
With the Show-Me State Games rapidly approaching, athletes should seek out Entry Books and register as early as possible. Local Shelter Insurance Agents and supermarkets, where Missouri Lottery tickets are sold, are the primary outlets for Entry Book dispersal.
New sports have been added to the 22nd Annual Show-Me STATE GAMES for 2006; including Lacrosse, Dodgeball, Kids Fishing, Fly Rod Casting, Cheerleading and Youth Tackle Football. Deadlines for entry vary for each sport but Soccer is the fastest approaching with a deadline of June 1st. The basketball and baseball deadline is June 21st. July 1st is the deadline for all other sports. The games will be played July 21-23, 28-30 and August 4-6.

The games are traditionally an Olympic-style sports festival where participants may compete in over 40 team and individual sports. All ages are welcome to compete and in Olympic tradition, gold, silver, and bronze medals are awarded to the top finishers in each event.
