		<description>That's an interesting finding. Milk is just too heavy - if Milk and Gatorade are about the same - I'd still choose Gatorade since its lighter on the stomach during a workout. The idea of gulping milk in the middle of exercise makes me want to hurl!

What I find interesting is the finding that Gatorade drinkers performed better than those that drank other sports drinks.</description>
