The distict 12 matches in Joplin are also postponed until tomorrow. Round 2 matches will be on Thursday with the final match on Friday.
The Post-Dispatch has a preview article on the Soccer playoffs and Glendale is listed as one of four “outstate” teams that may challenge for the Class 3 title.

With the first round kicking off Saturday at the Fair Acres Soccer Complex in Carthage, the four games ended with no upsets. Using the traditional model (#1 v #8, #2 v #7, etc.) the results for the day were as follows:
#1 Carthage defeats Carl Junction 7 – 1
#2 Ozark defeats Aurora 9 – 1
#3 Cassville shuts out Monett 1 – 0
#4 Webb City shuts out Willard 4 – 0

In a game that wrung every ounce of energy and emotion from the Missouri State Lady Bears, the Evansville Purple Aces earned the trip to Omaha for the MVC Tournament next weekend. The game was decided by penalty kicks after a 2 – 2 tie following regulation and two overtime periods. This is the second year in a row the Lady Bears have been knocked out of the tournament on PK’s, last years loss coming at the hands of Illinois State at the end of a 1 – 1 game.
