Welcome to the site that hopes to help spread the word about the players and teams that make up the soccer community in Southwest Missouri. This is going to be a work in progress so feel free to offer opinions and suggestions on what you would like to see.

The initial goal is to provide a site focused on soccer primarily at the High School level although we also hope to feature the college soccer being played in this area. Boys and Girls, from 8th grade up, there will be photos and videos as well as links to articles covering the sport by the local media. If you are involved in the game, let me know so that I can help you get the word out about your team, club or individual goals.

As I figure this out, I’ll keep you up-to-date on my plans. In the meantime, in the interest of openess, I do have some favorite teams that I have been providing video and photo coverage for leading up to this broader based effort I have planned. I have two nephews and a niece involved in the local soccer community. My oldest nephew played for Glendale High School and what is now Springfield Soccer Club but is no longer playing. His younger brother plays for Glendale High School and their younger sister plays for Pershing Middle School. I am currently coaching her team during this Spring 2005 season.
